How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Shipping
The shipping time may take 3-7 business days depending on the delivery destination. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it is not a guarantee. Please note: This is after the product has been created and the order fulfilled. Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability, therefore some items on the order may ship separately.
We deliver Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Please note: At this time, these products are only delivered within the US.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please note: We are not responsible for any courier errors within the tracking. Also, the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it is not a guarantee.
My order should be here by now, but I still do not have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office or the courier within your area if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
● Wait a day or two after estimated delivery time. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we cannot predict. We understand it is frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it is not a guarantee.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, and you have waited a day or two after estimated delivery time, get in touch with us with your order number.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it yet:
● Please note that we do not cover refunds due to courier errors.
● We recommend you reach out to the courier to inquire if any details were left by the delivery staff and the necessary steps to take if the package still cannot be located.
● Also, reached out to neighbors if possible, to ensure package was not delivered to the incorrect address.
